How Globaltech TI collects, uses, stores and protects personal data, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).

1. Introduction

Globaltech Soluções em TI e Cibersegurança (hereinafter "Globaltech") sets out, in this Policy, how it processes personal data through the website www.globaltechti.com.br and other digital channels operated by it.

Personal data means any information that identifies, or makes identifiable, a natural person, including, without limitation: name, address, identification documents, contact information, geolocation, consumption habits, health data and biometrics.

2. Acceptance and consent

By using the website and the services made available by Globaltech, the data subject agrees with the collection, use and processing of personal data under the terms of this Policy.

The data subject may, at any time, refuse to provide data or withdraw previously granted consent by contacting comercial@globaltechti.com.br. Withdrawal of consent may, however, prevent the enjoyment of certain features or services.

3. Data we collect

Globaltech collects the following data, depending on the data subject's interaction with its channels:

Cookies are small text files sent from the server to the user's browser, used to record visits and improve the website experience. Globaltech uses strictly necessary cookies for the website to function and analytics cookies to measure audience and performance, without storing, through them, information that personally identifies the user.

The data subject may, at any time, adjust browser settings to refuse cookies or to be notified when they are sent. Refusal may compromise part of the website's functionality.

5. Purposes of use

Collected data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

Data may be stored on hosting servers contracted by Globaltech and on email and marketing automation platforms, all bound by contract to confidentiality duties and to LGPD requirements.

Globaltech will never sell or license personal data collected through its channels. Sharing with third parties will occur only (i) with operators directly engaged in service delivery, (ii) under legal requirement or order from a competent authority, or (iii) with prior and specific consent from the data subject.

7. LGPD compliance

Globaltech fully complies with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018), in force since September 18, 2020, and with related rules issued by the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

8. Data subject rights

Under Article 18 of the LGPD, the data subject may, at any time and upon request, exercise the following rights:

  • ●Access to the personal data being processed.
  • ●Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
  • ●Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or non-compliant data.
  • ●Portability of data to another service or product provider.
  • ●Deletion of data processed under consent.
  • ●Information about public and private entities with which the controller has shared the data.
  • ●Information about the possibility of not providing consent and the consequences thereof.
  • ●Withdrawal of consent.

9. Security

Globaltech adopts technical and organizational measures capable of protecting personal data from unauthorized access and from accidental or unlawful situations of destruction, loss, alteration, undue communication or dissemination.

However, given the nature of the Internet, it is not possible to guarantee in absolute terms that transmitted information will not be intercepted. The data subject acknowledges this inherent limitation of the digital medium.

10. Minors' data

This site is not intended for children under 13. Should Globaltech become aware of the collection of a minor's data without parental consent, such data will be removed from records upon notification to comercial@globaltechti.com.br.

11. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be amended at any time, without prior notice. The current version will always be available on this page, with its update date. Data subjects are encouraged to periodically review this content.
